Blu Anxxiety’s debut LP “PLAY DEAD” makes good on the promise of the band’s previous singles–catchy, frenetic dance beats underscore singer Chi Orengo’s dark freestyles against all forms of colonial occupation,the police state and the gentrifying of his lifelong home of New York City. The LP contains nine tracks and insert and cover artwork by the band, all silk-screened and printed in New York.
